What Happens When You Call

You talk to someone who knows floors. We ask which rooms you have in mind, what's down now and what bothers you about it. Peeling vinyl, a soft spot by the dishwasher, carpet that's simply worn out. Then we talk about what might work better, like luxury vinyl plank in a kitchen or new carpet in the bedrooms.

If it makes sense, we set a time to come out, measure and check the subfloor. After that you get your quote by phone, broken out by material, prep and labor, so you can pick a start date that fits your budget. Nothing gets ordered until you say go. We work in Seabrook and nearby towns like Kemah, El Lago and Webster.

Good to Have Ready Before You Call

1. A rough list of the rooms, hallways or stairs you want done.
2. What's on the floor now, even if you're not sure what type it is.
3. Any trouble spots you've noticed, like loose tiles, squeaks or water stains.
4. A sense of when you'd like the work finished and about what you'd like to spend.
